Our History

Founded in 1960 following the Viva Kennedy campaign, MAPA emerged to mobilize Mexican American voters and promote Latino candidates. From labor rights to bilingual education and immigration reform, MAPA has been a pivotal force in U.S. Latino political advocacy.
